Hand Therapist-Physiotherapist

Brodwen graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy with Honours in 2009. Brodwen gained experience in hand therapy in 2010,whilst working as part of the Hands, Burns and Plastics team at the Royal Hobart Hospital and has been working full time as a hand therapist at Melbourne Hand Rehab since 2012. Areas of particular interest are neuropathic and complex pain, fractures, rheumatology and clinical research. Brodwen also takes a weekly hydrotherapy session at Maribyrnong Aquatic Centre.

Jeff Sanderson

Jeff has 10 years experience working as a hand therapist in Australia and the UK and he is dedicated to giving quality evidence-based, client-centered care.

Jeff has a very broad knowledge in all areas of hand therapy and splinting with a wealth of experience in postoperative trauma rehabilitation, working with athletes and work related musculoskeletal disorders.

Melissa Whitten

Hand Therapist-Occupational Therapist

Melissa graduated from La Trobe University Occupational Therapy/ Ergonomics in 2007 and comes to Melbourne Hand Rehab from the Austin Hospital Hand Therapy Unit. She has a special interest in pediatric conditions and mum related hand injuries (DeQuervains, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome). Melissa works out of the Essendon clinic.
