Robbie is an APPI trained Pilates instructor. His generous and open nature combined with his extensive Physiotherapy knowledge, including Post-Graduate studies in Sports Physiotherapy, provides a nurturing environment where clients feel supported and safe. He is passionate about his client’s journey through Pilates and takes great care with programming for individual needs.

Robbie is available for 1 on 1 Pilates assessment and consultation and looks after our Monday afternoon and Wednesday afternoon classes.

Tanya Paunovic

Physiotherapist & Pilates Instructor

Tanya’s extensive background in the management of sports injuries means that observing movement is second nature to her. She has an eye for detail and an instinctive understanding of exercise prescription. This attention to detail combined with her intrinsic kinetic understanding of movement informs her programming. Tanya’s generous and open nature combined with her knowledge provides a nurturing environment where clients feel supported and safe. She is passionate about your journey through Pilates and takes great care with programming for your individual needs.

Having a special interest in Women’s Health has also allowed Tanya to expand her knowledge and she uses the studio to attend to specific Women’s Health needs where she sees appropriate, including pre and post natal patients.

Tanya is available for 1 on 1 Pilates consultation and assessment. She will also be taking our Thursday afternoon, Friday and Saturday morning classes.
