Pilates

Is Pilates for you?

Do you want strength, flexibility, tone and balance? We offer 1 hour Pilates classes in a relaxed, modern setting run by qualified Physiotherapists. We purposely keep our class sizes small, meaning more contact time and better outcomes.

Keen to see if it’s for you? During Summer, if you’re new to the clinic, try any 3 classes of your choosing for $50.

We’re also offering discounted rates on our packs of 10 to help you achieve what you want, because YOU’RE WORTH IT.

Mat $200

Studio $350

Reformer $250

Strength & Conditioning $250

Valid til the end of February 2018 and open to new and existing patients of Keilor Road Physiotherapy. Just mention you saw the promotion either on Facebook or here on the website.
