Pilates Matwork – Suitable for people who have not done Pilates before and are interested in building their core and improving their strength and flexibility. Focus is predominantly on the fundamentals of Pilates movement. Max of 8 per class.
All of our Friday and Saturday Mat classes are run by experienced Physiotherapists Robbie Webb & Tanya Paunovic.
Studio – Suitable for people with current or past injuries that need a more tailored Pilates exercise plan. Initial assessment with one of our Physiotherapists is encouraged before commencing a Studio program. This assessment also includes a complimentary Pilates session. Max of 4 per class.

Reformer – A reformer based Pilates class suitable for those who have done Pilates before and who are interested in further developing their skills. The reformer is a finely tuned pulley machine designed to connect the mind and body while assisting with building a strong core foundation through resistance. Max of 5 per class.
Our reformer classes are run by Sports Physiotherapist’s Robbie Webb & Simone Muscat.
Strength/Conditioning – Rehabilitation based exercise program using a circuit format. Suitable for those with past injuries, those with decreased balance at increased risk of falling or those new to exercise. Max of 5 per class.
Strength and conditioning classes are run by Tanya Paunovic on both Thursday afternoons and Friday mornings.
